Leah you are rocking this I wish I had started this when I was your weight, it seems so much more managable.

I have a question I see you sometimes eat bars (lara??) I was wondering do they fill you up? I want to try something more filling my points are getting less and less.

I'm rocking this?! Girl, you've come a lot farther than me....YOU are rocking this! I know you are struggling a little right now, but once you figure out how to adjust to fewer points/calories...you will be rockin' it again!

Yes, they are filling for me. I usually save them for days when I'm rushing and don't have time to make anything. And I keep one in my purse! If you go to their website, you can see the different varieties, and what ingredients they have in them. My favorites are Banana, Key Lime, and Lemon. Apple Pie and Cherry Pie are good, too. A lot of grocery stores are starting to carry them, but they don't always have a big variety. Most health food stores have them. I'm telling you, smoothies are very filling, especially when you throw in some greens. Did you try one yet? I can have one in the morning and be good until lunch.
