I have been a big fan of Slim-Fast shakes for a long time. I love grab & go meals, because I always feel like I'm rushing around. My favorite Slim-Fast shake is the Cappuccino Delight, and you must get the Optima because the regular shakes are full of sugar. The Optima even has "Bob Greene's Best Life" stamp of approval. So it must be good?! One strange thing Jeremy and I have noticed with the Cappuccino Delight is that it makes your urine smell like Cappuccino. It's very strange, that is the only Slim-Fast flavor that does this. So is it just us, or does it make everyone's urine smell like Cappuccino? Give one a try and let me know....
