Week 3 Weigh In

This was a good week. My goal was to hit the gym all 7 days, but got sick and missed the last two days. Still 5 out of 7 days is good. And the scale shows it. I lost 2.2 pounds this week! Friday is my off day and I let myself eat something good, and it tends to be pizza night for us, so I'm looking forward to that. And I'm feeling much better today, so I'll be back at the gym this evening. Hopefully I'll have another good week!

Total loss: 3.0 lbs.
